dulu aku susah nak telan ubat

tapi ada sekali tu, aku tengah minum air yang ada ais
pastu tersedut ais then tertelan

from there, aku cuba fikir balik macam mana boleh telan ais tadi tapi telan ubat takleh🤣🤣🤣

after some trial and errors, menjadi
now i can even telan ubat with air liur ja kalau ubat kecik

so macam mana nak telan?
make sure air tu bawa ubat then kita telan with big gulp

cuma posisi kepala kena adjust sikit nak bagi mudah telan macam dalam gambar ni sebab pills selalunya tenggelam manakala capsule timbul
