A lawsuit has been filed against @Delta Air Lines & @japanairlinesJP

Following their minor on-ground collision in Seattle this past February. The couple behind the case claims the "twisting impact" caused injuries, despite Delta initially reporting no one was hurt.

With legal action now underway, this case raises key questions about passenger safety & airline liability even in minor incidents.

Could this lawsuit set a new precedent for similar cases?
