There was no wifi or signal in the bowels of the rew wine maturation cellar @TOKARAestate - but it allowed for conviviality & conversation. Superb food & wine pairings for the new vintage releases. Elgin sauv blanc and Director's Reserve white blend with scallops were sublime.
