@AliceFromQueens @jimgeraghty Newsom’s chameleon tendencies cause him trouble, as do some personal flaws of ego and indulgence. But, on policy he’s detailed and engaged (not always correct) and would have fit in great with Clinton era policy wonks.

I say bring up Eldridge for the Cincinnati series. Let him start getting his MLB AB’s. Cinci is a great hitters park to start in. He won’t be worse than Devers at 1B. If he ends up catching a groove, he’ll increase their offensive significantly. If not, he’s developing. #sfgiants
