DIA baggage staff told us to rent a car and drive to COS last night to get our bags but they never opened a claim and the bags stayed in DIA overnight. I need my bags NOW because I have to check out of my hotel and have nowhere to go.

@united I am stranded with my 2 kids in COS after our connection from DIA was canceled. I’m DESPERATE for our luggage, including medication and all of our ski apparel for our ski trip tomorrow. No one seems to know where our bags are and will not guarantee anything.

It is the actor’s job to use the props the way the script and staging call for. There are still details lacking here so impossible to speculate who was actually at fault

@HomeDepot I purchased a patio set last year. Within a few months, the table rusted and bubbled up. Reviews on https://t.co/Q0nILC37ev indicate this is a manufacturing prob yet manufacturer won’t cover it in the 2yr warranty. $700 table and chairs and Home Depot offered me $100.

@HomeDepot I wanted to circle back to this since you have not responded. I want a full refund because I now have to throw this set away. Water gets inside the chairs and they leak out rust water on my deck. See pics. This set was less than 1 year old when it began rusting
