Following the approved proposal, the first phase of BAL adjustment in the Ethereum Flash Pool is now live:

• Collateral Factor has been reduced by 50%
• Reserve Factor has been increased to 100%

Important Reminder
The next phase will be activated in ~3 days:

• Collateral Factor will be set to 0%
• Supply and Borrow functions will be disabled

Users with BAL positions are strongly advised to manage or close their positions in advance to avoid any potential impact.
