Use case #5: your DAO calls any contract on the chain.

Swap treasury assets on PancakeSwap. Lend idle BNB on Venus. Vote in another DAO with the tokens it holds. Change a fee in your own app. Every call runs only after the vote passes — and if one call fails, the whole set is undone. The treasury stays as it was.

Any call a wallet can make, your DAO can make. After a vote.

This is what DeXe was built for. #DeXe #DAO

[DeXe Protocol @DexeNetwork]

Use case #4: staking that doesn't cost you your vote.

Members lock tokens, the DAO pays rewards from its own treasury — and the tokens keep voting, because they never leave the DAO. Terms are fixed at creation: token, amount, dates. Nobody can change them afterwards. Not even by vote.

This is what DeXe was built for.

[DeXe Protocol @DexeNetwork]

"A secure account does not create a professional operating model by itself."

True. That's why the operating model belongs in the protocol — not in a subscription.

Org-wide administration, treasury visibility, audit history, roles and limits: in a DAO, that layer is on-chain, owned by the members, and it can't lock on a date.

A workspace that can lock was never yours.

Safe Pro is coming 💹

On 6 October, we launch Safe Pro. You can apply to become an Early Partner today and help us shape it.

Company-wide administration, additional security features, audit history, and reporting across every @Safe account an organization runs, plus guided onboarding and professional support. Self custody stays the same.

Ahead of launch, we're opening the Safe Pro Early Partner Program to teams who want to work directly with us and help shape what ships next.

Use case #3: stopping a malicious proposal before it executes.

With validators on, a proposal that passes the members isn't finished — it goes to a second, elected group. What they don't back, stops right there.

This is what DeXe was built for. #DeXe #DAO

[DeXe Protocol @DexeNetwork]

Use case #2: an OTC token sale, run by a DAO.

Price, whitelist, per-wallet limits, cliff and vesting — all set in one proposal. Nothing leaves the treasury until members vote it through.

This is what DeXe was built for. #DeXe #DAO

[DeXe Protocol @DexeNetwork]

Use case #1: from zero to a live DAO on mainnet.

Build log, part 1.
Three months on the foundations of the DeXe platform. Numbers below — measured, not estimated.
Platform stats used to take 7–12s to load. We rewrote the heaviest query behind them: 20.2s → 0.96s on the database. First load takes a few seconds if stats haven't been requested recently; after that, ~0.1s.
The app got lighter: main page network requests 140 → 60, worst scroll stall in the DAO feed 247ms → 0. Measured in the browser by an automated check, not by eye.
The bugs you actually hit: WalletConnect login dead-ends — fixed. Spam NFTs — filtered out of wallet views (7 of 53 on the wallets we checked, zero false positives). Network mismatch — a clear prompt instead of a blank page.
The data layer: indexing unblocked for 128 BSC pools, data reads now fail over automatically instead of breaking the page.
Underneath it all runs a monitoring layer: 34 checks per pass, one summary, read-only by design. The checks run in code. Our in-house AI agent only writes up what the checks find. Monitoring rule: a data source going quiet is never proof of health.
That was part 1. The build log continues.

Dear community,

We are aware of questions around the recent DEXE volatility. The DeXe protocol operated normally throughout, with no exploit or security breach. Neither the DeXe Foundation nor the DAO treasury sold DEXE into the move, and the treasury received no proceeds from it. We do not have a verified explanation for why the price rose and fell, and we will not speculate about the cause.

Our focus remains on shipping. Any verified updates will be shared through official DeXe channels.

The BONK proposal wasn't hidden. It sat in public view for six days. @bonk_inu
The malicious payload wasn't obfuscated. It literally said "Send 4,426,104,450,305 BONK to 9bxWkN..." in the proposal body.
Seven addresses voted. Nobody read it.
This isn't a governance speed problem. It's a governance attention problem.
Humans don't read proposals. Something has to.

[BONK!!! @bonk_inu]

BonkDAO was the target of a malicious governance proposal resulting in an estimated $20M worth of BONK tokens being drained from the BonkDAO treasury.

During the investigation, BonkDAO identified the exchange wallets used to purchase BONK ahead of the proposal. BonkDAO is currently actively working with exchanges, bridges and Solana Foundation to best manage the situation.

Law enforcement has been notified. BonkDAO continues to work with relevant parties to recover funds and identify those responsible.

[DeXe Protocol @DexeNetwork]

Quiet couple of weeks. Here's why.
Everything we've written about since April — the missing interface layer, structured access, where keys live, agents that know when not to act — wasn't commentary.
It was a build log.
#DAO #AIgovernance #DeXe

[DeXe Protocol @DexeNetwork]

Design principle we keep coming back to:
An autonomous agent's most valuable action is knowing when not to act.
Vote when confident. Flag when not. Never guess on someone else's treasury.
Easy to say. Hard to encode.
#DAO #AIgovernance #DeXe

[DeXe Protocol @DexeNetwork]

This matches what we're seeing from the build side.
The "AI agents stepping into roles humans don't want" part isn't speculative anymore. The hard problem turned out not to be the AI — it's the permission model. Where keys live, what an agent can do autonomously, what stays reversible.
Solve that and the design space really does open up.
Running these experiments now. More to share when it's ready.

[Ali Yahya @alive_]

DAOs were a failure in the last era of crypto.

But it may have just been the wrong time for them. Two big things are different now: (1) regulatory clarity and (2) AI agents.

We spent the last 10 years rediscovering the hard way that direct democracy is a bad idea. Turns out, nobody wakes up in the morning eager to adjudicate risk parameters or protocol updates.

It didn't help that it was illegal to experiment with different DAO structures. The vicious hostility of Biden and Gensler toward the space killed all innovation.

But it's a new day.

It is once again legal to experiment. You could choose to play with forms of representative democracy, or multi-cameral systems, or hybrids of permissioned and permissionless participation.

Not to mention, AI agents can now step into many kinds of roles that humans will never want to perform. They may help DAOs live up to their name by making them truly Autonomous.

The design space for new DAOs is infinite, for they are just software. What new experiments are people running?

Good to be on @cex_io .
"Build, govern, and scale without writing a line of code" — they get it.
That's the whole point: governance infrastructure should be invisible. You use it without thinking about it.
Back to building.

[DeXe Protocol @DexeNetwork]

"Can your agent vote?"
"Yes."
"So it holds private keys?"
"No."
"Then how It builds the transaction?
"The wallet signs it."

That conversation is the whole architecture.

Not much to say today.
Keep building.

[DeXe Protocol @DexeNetwork]

Bloody day across markets.
Every crisis since 2022 has the same lesson: protocols with fast governance survive. Protocols without it get exposed.
If your DAO can pause contracts in hours — today is when that matters. If your treasury can rebalance without a 7-day vote — today is when that matters. If your emergency procedures actually work — today is when that matters.
Markets test prices. Crashes test infrastructure.
