@CStudemeyer@KurtSupeCPA Even the โbreak evenโ argument is way over-emphasized. Determining how much money you need now, how much you have available now and how much youโre going to need later are really the only factors worth considering. Thankful for a good financial planner.
@bavedikian@Derek_Econ I worked with a driver (FedEx) who corporate security investigated and found packages in his garage. Terminated but not charged to avoid media attention. That driver is now working for UPS. No joke.
@PramilaJayapal We donโt have nearly enough doctors now let alone to handle the abuse your system would create. Just look at any emergency room and the amount of welfare folk there for a nose bleed!
@JasonMo82302155@4starGeneral17 Take the $11/year. The growth in investing that extra $2million/year far outpaces a $5 million difference. Plus the tax liability alone could be a $1M difference if he went to a non-tax state. Like everyone (who works) a lot of financial advantages of getting out of NY
@shepski79@lynnhowlett@MaryBowdenMD Absolutely. I donโt want my family to tell some kid that they have to die because I want my organs to rot in the ground. Iโm done with them, take what you need.
@GaTechAlum_IE92@bavedikian Who paid FedEx to deliver it? Answer: Best Buy. Itโs only a FedEx issue to them, not the recipient. Basic contract for carriage law.
@rachbarnhart Which must be why reporters donโt question anything anymore. Weโve developed a generation of journalists who think their job is to sit in an office and copy/paste off social media.
@DanM1fnj@NHL_Muse Gretzky has said the same himself. Stars donโt get protected today like they did back before the Instigator rule. But Iโve still never seen a player with his vision on the ice.
@rachbarnhart Typical poor journalism. โAll Navy officersโ are not eligible for promotion to Admiral. None of the โmid-grade ranksโ are eligible. You need to be rank of Captain, which is 5%-6% of all officers. Of that small number, 15% are female.
@kasamanli8@bavedikian@BestBuy@FedEx Handled claims for many years. Never happens. FedEx will only reimburse THEIR customer, i.e. whichever party paid FedEx for the shipment. In this case, FedEx acted as an agent for Best Buy and therefore BB is the responsible party to the purchaser.
@TheJawadDashti@bavedikian@BestBuy@FedEx Correct Brandon. You are not FedExโs customer, Best Buy is, as they have the contract for carriage with FedEx. Best Buy should reimburse or replace and they then file a claim with FedEx. The reason for the loss is irrelevant (contractually).
