@FlySafair your call center and whatsapp are terrible - no options to speak to an actual human. I need help with cancellations as I have had to pay admin changes twice as your system has no confirmation. Please urgently contact/DM me
And at Sandton there is only one line to help adding further time to the process. Please sort this out if it's running into the new year. Just terrible
@TheGautrain this is honestly just incompetence. Your 10 day parking special and you still need to get a parking ticket. It's been over 2 months and still not solved. Have had to park and come back in.
@FlySafair My experience was terrible as was that of the entire plane, several other rerouted flights and those stuck at Lanseria who couldny fly out. While you cant control the weather, you could offer compensation or shuttle to Lanseria vs shrugging responsibility.
@FlySafair FA359 unwilling to provide feedback email or where to receive official report of incident. Captain and head of staff could similarly have dealt with situation in a lot friendly manner.
@gugu_nzimande@FlySafair Absolutely! And what about those folks who can't afford an Uber or have no cellphones. Arrived in lanseria and huge lines of people who need to rebook as their flights can't take off and little assistance from @FlySafair staff.
@FlySafair Uber transfer back to lanseria is 500zar. At a minimum, do the right thing and compensate all passengers affected with a voucher. But doubt it. Who's the ombudsman to bring this up with?
