@drdouglasbelk @JMikanowski @gdnlongread My step-father learnt Esperanto but did not teach it to me. Two thoughts:
1. English has become what Esperanto strived to be.
2. Pidgin has been a fascination to me and Melanesian countries: PNG, Solomon Islands & Vanuatu have a concept called Wontok (look it up)
