I Booked 1 Ticket no. 098 2164761358 on 10th Nov. Then prepone to 6 th November it by paying extra amount. I received refund for first ticket that was on 10th Nov.

Never trust @airindia for refund. Its been more than a month that I am waiting for my refund from them.
Customer service team need training too, according to them there is no refund when there is total of more than 200000 pending @RNTata2000
