🇨🇦 Toronto's brand-new 50,000-seat Rogers Stadium got wrecked by a single storm.
A "100-year" storm, nonetheless, that dumped up to a month of rain on the city in one day.
Entire sections of the stadium’s bleachers collapsed into twisted metal and scattered debris, though no one was hurt since nothing was booked that night.
The next act booked is AC/DC on September 16. That one's now a big question mark.

Project Hail Mary opened last week. Great film. But nobody is talking about the credits. They should be.
A guy with a telescope spent hundreds of hours collecting light from objects so distant that the photons hitting his sensor left their source before Rome was founded. His name is Rod Prazeres. His images ended up on 70-foot IMAX screens worldwide.
Look at what he captured. The Rosette Nebula is a cloud of gas 5,000 light-years away that has arranged itself into the shape of a human eye, ringed by fire. The Vela filaments are a stellar explosion still spreading outward through space – blue threads so fine they look like frost on glass. The dust pillar in the Pelican Nebula is manufacturing new suns right now. While you read this.
None of it was rendered. All of it is real.
Weir spent years getting the science right. The filmmakers felt the same way about the sky. When they needed something beautiful enough to close the film, they went looking for something that actually exists.
They found it. 5,000 light-years out.

Did you know 😏
He rubbed lemon juice on his face. Robbed two banks. Smiled at the cameras. Got caught in an hour. And changed psychology forever.
In 1995, McArthur Wheeler walked into two banks in Pittsburgh and robbed them with no mask, no disguise, and lemon juice on his face. He believed that because lemon juice works as invisible ink on paper, it would make his face invisible to cameras. He smiled directly into the security cameras. Police aired the footage on the evening news and arrested him within an hour.
When shown the tape, Wheeler stared at the screen and said, "But I wore the juice." He had tested the theory with a Polaroid selfie and didn't appear in the photo — because lemon juice got in his eyes and he aimed the camera at the ceiling.
His case inspired Cornell psychologists David Dunning and Justin Kruger to publish their 1999 paper defining the Dunning-Kruger Effect — the cognitive bias where people with low ability drastically overestimate their own competence.
🚨BREAKING: Police in India arrested (11) people who issued over (100K) fake university degrees in medicine, nursing & engineering
How many of these people are in a medical practice or engineering firm here in America?
@RapidResponse47@SecKennedy There is a difference between synthetic and bio identical HRT. They should keep the labels on the synthetic forms but take it off the bio identical natural forms. Women need to start paying attention to which type of HRT doctors are prescribing.
I agree. I think the fact that we had three false candidates speaks volumes. An old guy CNN nut job yelling “shoot me.” A Mexican trans nut job predicting he’d be shot right here on X. And the FBI found some weird white guy with a Muslim name credible enough to announce on social media before releasing him.
I think this is increasingly pointing to a high level job.
BREAKING: Remember the Scottish girl that pulled out a knife and axe as a pervert was harassing her 12 year old sister?
It's now being reported that the sisters were missing since July 29th.
And there's also a known grooming gang in the city they live.
This is worrying.
That feeling when your girlfriend from high school finally gets engaged.
I used to tell myself: Andrew, it’ll be ok. She wasn’t right for you.
I just hope her husband isn’t some handsome buff football player.

Anyone wanna take a guess why the article doesn't mention **why** the fecal levels have become dangerous?
It's because people are pooping in the Lake.
What people, you might ask?
That's a controversial topic, here in Canada...
