Appoint a federal California Czar with three primary responsibilities:

1. Review all federal funds directed to California. Report on whether the funds are spent well and achieving the intended outcomes. Highlight when harmful regulations get in the way. Expose fraud and recommend federal prosecution when appropriate.

2. Identify actions by state and local government entities and officials that violate the Constitution. Report on them to the U.S. Attorney General.

3. Identify how the federal government can legally condition the disbursal of taxpayer funds on positive action by California on immigration, homelessness, voter I.D., fire prevention, education, gun rights, and other areas of vital interest to the United States.

The imaginary LA<->SF 🚄 was sold to voters in 2008 as a $33,000,000,000 project that would be operational by 2028.

Estimated cost is now $130,000,000,000 and 📈.

The project has spent $23,000,000,000 — 70% of the budget — and not a single segment has been completed.

The state is focused on completing a 171-mile segment between Merced and Bakersfield that is projected to serve only 2 million riders annually (will be far less). Anyone who knows CA knows Merced and Bakersfield don't need high-speed rail. This segment alone will cost $35,000,000,000, more than the initial budget for the entire project.

For context, Cal Fire's annual fire prevention budget is $3bn. For $23bn we could fireproof every population center. But our Democrats have spent $23bn not building a rail line.

It's grift and corruption, much of it legal. CA's Regulatory Environmental Complex has made many "nonprofit" execs very wealthy. Similar thing with our Homeless Nonprofit Complex by the way. This state has more than enough resources for everyone to be living like the Jetsons, but the Democrats burn it on programs that sound good to naive leftists and enrich consultants, lawyers, and nonprofits.

Yesterday was truly Liberation Day for a client and friend @_SiakaMassaquoi! 🙌🙌🙌

Early last year, Siaka hired us to run digital fundraising for his J6 legal defense, shortly after an FBI SWAT team arrested him at an LA airport in front of his pregnant wife Charlotte. When we came onboard, the outcome of Siaka’s case was highly uncertain. There was immense pressure for him to plead guilty when he did nothing wrong: standing in a Capitol doorway for 71 seconds, leaving when police told him to leave, and instructing others to do the same. He trusted us to tell his story and raise critical funds for what became a 14 month legal battle with the Biden DOJ over not just Siaka’s freedom but his name.

Last night I finally met Siaka for the first time in person at @realDailyWire event, just after he received a full pardon. Incredible.
