她的男朋友今天63岁，6月做了膝关节置换手术，但是等了三年半。她男朋友的外孙女决定变性，今年19岁，上个月切除了乳房，等了一个月，并且是免费。三个月后做假阴茎手术，免费。期间各种荷尔蒙药物治疗，全部免费！

在加拿大如果你想做变性手术几乎不用排队等，但如果你身体出现问题需要治疗或者手术就是漫长的等待，按年计算。
