This is attorney Eun Hyunho from Kim & Jang Law Firm as a legal representative for Blisoo.

Regarding some recent media reports and issues related to the family of Blisoo's artist, which are spreading in online communities and social media, we deeply regret the indiscriminate act of associating the artist and Blisoo with the issue or defaming the artist based on facts that are not true.

First, the pending issues have nothing to do with the artist and Blisoo, and many of the contents circulating online are unconfirmed and/or false information.

The artist began her trainee career as a child and has been separated from her family for a long time, and is unaware and unable to engage in the private life of the person in question.

While it is true that the artist received some limited advice and communication from family members to consult with officials in the preparations for Blissoo's establishment, no family members have received payment or have been involved in decision-making until now. Since then, the artist has been completely independent from any family members.

In particular, some online rumors that state that "the person in question and the artist established the company in partnership" or "the person in question is Blissoo's CEO or management team" are completely untrue and the person in question has no legal or management relationship with Blissoo at this time.

In addition, Blissoo and the artist do not provide any financial or legal assistance to the person in question and do not plan to provide such assistance in the future. There is also no exchange or involvement in this matter.

Nevertheless, the act of continuously disseminating untrue content or consuming and disseminating the artist's name, portrait, or image by linking them to irrelevant matters is a clear violation of rights and defamation.

Therefore, our legal representative sternly warns that all possible civil and criminal legal actions will be taken immediately against the following acts.

• The act of disseminating false information or preparing and distributing defamatory posts
• The act of using the artist's name, portrait, or image for irrelevant matters
• The act of making speculative content into articles or contents without confirming the facts

In particular, we make it clear that we plan to respond strongly to malicious or repetitive post writers and distributors without any leniency or agreement.

The company is now being operated completely independently. That individual has no legal or managerial relationship with BLISSOO. There has been absolutely no financial or legal support provided to that individual, and there are no plans to do so in the future.”
