B’nai B’rith was founded by Jewish immigrants, several of them Masons, as their own fraternal order. In 1913 its Atlanta president, Leo Frank, was convicted of murdering 13-year-old Mary Phagan.

That same year the order created the ADL. They are still trying to get him pardoned or declared innocent — 113 years later. I interviewed her great-niece, @PhaganKean. She is furious. She says Frank murdered her great-aunt.
