As print design die out, there’s no need to cling to Illustator, specially when figma can manage thousand of assets without broken files. It’s always there. The team can work simultaniously. People who complain about this has no trauma in fast pace production.

it’s completely beyond me how everyone just uses figma now, and, worse, admits to using figma. there can’t possibly be that many graphic designers who lost the ability to use illustrator/indesign after being kicked in the head by a horse
