Something not right for $HUBC should have run out of the cheep shares (.40 - .50) and should be well into the .80 - 1.20) range by now... sellers are not seeing the unique position yet IMO could go parabolic when the covering hits hard later today

When can we expect news from $SGMO ? They are backed into a corner... will have to make a deal to survive to year end - that alone must have them motivated - even if not a great deal that takes us to $10 - but for sure I believe we will see $1.50-$2 before end of the month IMO
