我学中文这么久，声调忍了，量词忍了，“了”也忍了。

但最近有一个字真的快把我逼疯了：

“就”。

“我马上就来。”
“三岁就会说话了。”
“你怎么现在就走？”
“我就看看。”
“我就是不想去。”
这个“就”到底是什么意思？？？
我查词典：just、then、only、already、exactly……
看完更迷糊了。
最离谱的是：

“你怎么现在就走？”
= 太早了。

“你怎么现在才走？”
= 太晚了。

就和才明明像反义词。

但：

“我就吃了一个。”
“我才吃了一个。”
为什么两个又都像“只吃了一个”？？？

我问中国朋友“就到底是什么意思”，
他们想了半天：
“这个……就是……就的意思。”

😭

求中文母语者解释一下：

“我不去”和“我就不去”，到底差在哪？
请不要告诉我“就 = just”。

用连学中文学到脑死亡的日本人都能听懂的方式解释一下。
