#Lowell Mayor John Lahey presented awards last night to participants in this year’s Richard Rourke Memorial Soup Competition. Their great soups were much appreciated and are the reasons this is a perennially popular WinterFest event! #LikeLowell #Food #Winterfest2020

Yum! @winterfestfun soup competition. My perennial fave (Eggroll Cafe) is absent, but there's new competitors like Panela. Panela is getting my vote, but Youthbuild's gumbo was also great! #Lowell #winterfest2020
