I want you to watch this and say his name, because this is who Alex Pretti was. This was he, an ICU nurse working at the VA reading out the final salute for a man that had served his nation.

In the coming days, you will see YOUR GOVERNMENT, your convicted criminal president and a collection of sycophants attempting to assassinate the character of this good and honorable man, when in truth HE was assassinated in board daylight by state sponsored militia they will now provide immunity for.

Alex was a 37 year old registered nurse working in the intensive care unit at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System, which serves veterans.

In a report by Melody Shreiber in The Guardian, she noted a colleague, Dimitri Drekonja chief of infectious diseases at the VA hospital and professor of medicine at the University of Minnesota, who worked with Pretti at the hospital and on a research project, said:

“He wanted to help people….He was a super nice, super helpful guy – looked after his patients. I’m just stunned.”
He described Pretti as an “outstanding” nurse and a hard worker, quick with a joke and an “infectious” spirit. “He was such a good dude,” Drekonja told the Guardian. “I just love working with him.”

This man was NOT a domestic terrorist, he was one of the good guys who was exercising his first amendment right, recording the actions of officers clearly untrained to deal with protestors. This incident was sparked by an officer (if you can call him that), who lost his cool with a protester blowing a whistle. Yes you heard that right blowing a whistle.

Alex stepped in brandishing nothing but a mobile phone to intervene as would any responsible citizen when a woman was being assaulted. He himself then became a target of unbelievable brutal force from a gang of what can only be described as paramilitary thugs.

Those who assaulted him were unaware at the time they began their criminal assault, that be was carrying a concealed weapon as was his right, and for which he held a permit. The gun was removed from his person after which he was shot multiple times and lost his life.

So as to emphasize the unbridled cruelty of this unspeakable event, as Alex is shot, an officer not involved in the scuffle was filmed clapping in a vile act of unconscionable behavior.

The war of words has now begun, but for anyone who has eyes, I contend that footage shows a US citizen being executed in the street by paramilitary thugs reminiscent of civilians killed on the streets of Ukraine.

His only crime was to be brandishing a mobile phone to record the brutality of a group of federal masked thugs assaulting US citizens exercising their constitutional first amendment rights.

The government can dress it up in whatever inflammatory language they like, this was a state sponsored execution of a VA, ICU nurse with no criminal record for the crime of standing up for the community he loved and in which he worked.

My heart is broken for his parents, his family and friends and all those who loved him. History will mark his passing remembering him as a civil rights hero who will never be forgotten. Though that is little comfort to his loved ones in this moment.
