Last year our insurance (that we no longer have) could not figure out that we met our deductible already & twice had to do an audit to find out yes, we had. Now we are getting the same bills again, like a zombie apocalypse. WTF? 🤦🏻‍♀️

2 weeks after my first infusion on my new insurance they left me a robot voicemail, which makes me very nervous. I’m sure they aren’t thrilled to have an expensive Stage 4 unicorn show up but the ACA don’t care #mbc

Worked HS football sidelines for 30 years and having a player code is absolutely my worst fear, I was lucky it never happened. Glad they have lots of trained resources available and glad they canceled the game. Traumatic for everyone present
