@EricaJoy @rklau Hi Erica! The key is to lock all of the small internal Snap Posts into their respective holes prior to freezing. If they are not locked in a seam can develop between the spheres and make it more difficult to harvest. Let us know how your next batch goes!

@realbeerbarron If the water is warm to even hot from the tap that is best to maximize clarity.

@realbeerbarron We recommend bottled/spring or regular tap water for the best results. You can set your freezer between +10 and -10 Fahrenheit.
