Roblox moderation system approved 17 of my appeals while rejecting the other 13, even though all 30 assets were banned for the EXACT same reasons and contained the exact same keywords. These shirts were published and approved by the Roblox moderation team at the time of upload
@12rin hi could you please share the texts you used to get your appeal accepted? i’m in the same situation, and neither of my appeals was accepted. i’d be really grateful for your help. i hope you can get your account back.
ROBLOX TERRORISM/EXTREMISM BANS:
certain words like com & dollhouse are getting accounts flagged and completely termed,
this is far too serious of a decision to let ai handle

roblox staff please read & reconsider this!

ROBLOX just THREATENED me with a permanent BAN for asking a QUESTION about their community guidelines.
In the 2nd image is the question that I asked right before that email, regarding a lack of clarification. Insane

Alright so. Long story short. My account RiotVail beenfalsely banned due to "Linked account" I never owned. Keep in mind I never used public wifi's nor vpn. And no one has access to my account except me only. #ROBLOX#falseban#enforcementban@Roblox
🚨 Roblox Support is becoming a joke. Instead of fixing its broken moderation system, appeal bugs, and lack of transparency, Roblox is adding MORE AI to support
I’m banned on my account kpc and can’t even properly view my violation or appeal it.

It has been 36 days since I was unfairly banned during the ban wave, which is affecting far too many innocent players. I did not do anything that violates Roblox’s rules, and I don’t cause trouble for anyone. 😞
Please review my case

around 6 of my accounts, including my younger sister’s, were terminated for “terrorism and violent extremism.” my clothing contained absolutely nothing harmful. the items were uploaded around 2 years ago, and the descriptions only included common keywords and tags that creators constantly copy from each other. i was banned over words like “cutecore” “com” and “doll house” — ordinary words that aren’t insults or extremist messages. how could i possibly know that such harmless terms could lead to all my accounts being deleted?
i’ve lost years of work, time, and money because of what appears to be a serious failure in roblox’s ai moderation system. i already know of over 100 people affected by the same issue, and their appeals are being automatically rejected too. this needs a proper human investigation. people shouldn’t lose everything over harmless tags and possible false positives. @RobloxSupport@Roblox@KreekCraft@Roblox_RTC #RobloxDevs #Robloxdev #RobloxDevelopers #Robloxsupport #robloxhelp
My Roblox account has been terminated because Claude decided to upload a bunch of AI generated images without showing me them first via open cloud api. If anyone knows how I could contact Dev relations or get me in contact with them it would mean the world to me! Its not fair that I got terminated for something I did not do or have any knowledge of.

Thank you @KreekCraft for bringing more light and attention to this situation!! @Roblox has to make changes to their enforcement bans and appeals process as a whole. There are too many victims not being heard or seen. #Roblox#RobloxSupport#RobloxBan#RobloxHelp

Made this screen recording a few hours ago but forgot to make a post about it. This recording shows what I wrote and how useful it was for the Roblox support deciding to unban me.
Hope this helps out!

Got unbanned from Roblox and decided to put together a step-by-step guide on everything I did to appeal my termination.
And no this isn’t a guide that promises to unban you 100%
Let me know if this is helpful.

i can confirm this has affected me and many of my friends too. we used these tags thinking they were completely normal keywords for clothing descriptions, and had no idea they could supposedly be associated with terrorism or extremism.
some of these tags, like “dollhouse” (literally a house for dolls), seem completely harmless to the average person. most people wouldn’t even know there could be any other alleged meaning behind them. the same goes for aesthetic tags like “cutecore.” people use these terms to describe clothing styles and help others find items, not to promote anything harmful.
this many people getting permanently banned over ordinary tags raises serious concerns about automated moderation and possible false positives. creators shouldn’t lose years of work because a system may have misinterpreted a few words, especially when the actual items contain no harmful imagery or messaging.
appeals should receive proper human review instead of what feels like an automated rejection that gives people no real chance to explain the context. mass bans like this need to be investigated, and accounts that were terminated by mistake deserve to be reinstated. please take a closer look at this situation, @Roblox@DavidBaszucki@KreekCraft

🚨 @Roblox@RobloxCreators There appears to be a huge false moderation wave affecting innocent creators. Please investigate your moderation system.
Over the past couple of days, a growing number of Roblox creators have reportedly been permanently terminated under the Terrorism & Violent Extremism policy over keywords such as “dollhouse,” “comgirl/comboy,” “DHRP,” and other tags that many creators believed were harmless catalog keywords.
This isn’t the only moderation issue affecting creators right now. Personally, my uploading account (@ s2oulsuploader) has received 8 false “Duplicate Content/Spam” strikes on hair recolors, as well as 2 “Terrorism & Violent Extremism” strikes, despite never intending to upload or promote anything harmful. This has caused the account to be terminated, with all of my appeals being denied by ai in MINUTES.
If these keywords were considered prohibited, they should have been tagged when creators uploaded their items, not left in use for months or even years before suddenly resulting in permanent account terminations. Many creators such as myself simply copied tags from existing catalog items or used terminology that had been common throughout the avatar community, with no indication they could lead to this.
Some of the affected items had reportedly been up for years before any action was taken. I also personally know verified creators who have been permanently terminated and had their verified groups locked.
I’ll be posting a thread below with affected creators to show this is not an isolated case.
We fully support Roblox taking action against genuinely harmful content. We’re simply asking for fair moderation, proper human review, and reversals of false strikes.
If you’ve been affected, please reply below. If you haven’t, please consider sharing this so it reaches the Roblox moderation team.
