@cs_coville@KeyTryer This video in particular is a huge mish-mash of styles which are poorly mimicking a wide range of lenses, film stocks, and color grades, from the Technicolor-style frame above, to these sci-fi shots which look more like mid-2010s Netflix house-style but with 1970s prod design.
@cs_coville Virtually every (American, at least) network/studio/platform has been heading this way, just trying to min/max their input/content ratio and relying on past successes rather than new ideas.
@cs_coville 100%, the entire industry has been trying to make writers obsolete for the past twenty years but itโs really ramped up post-streaming, reels, and AI. TV writers used to spend 30-35 weeks in the room writing a season of tv, and now they get 15.
