@joseph_h_garvin@laurencetratt I'd add: Are you using the index?
Every 3 order of magnitude or better speedup I've managed have involved ensuring proper indexes were used.
@NavanCycling@NewgrangeHotel@meathcoco Also, while I see the utility in adding the bike lane on the side with all the development, the other side is currently not built up, and therefore much easier to add a one way southbound lane on that side before all of the development goes in there.
@NavanCycling@NewgrangeHotel@meathcoco The contraflow portion looks ok, but it should (officially) extend down to the Beechmount intersection. Anyone coming from the Supervalu will either have to cross the Trim Road 2x, or they will use the northbound 1 way cycle lane as a southbound lane.
@NavanCycling@NewgrangeHotel@meathcoco The quiet street portion of this is a useless waste of effort without the connection back to the Trim road on the south end. There's a Rugby pitch and the MDS out the Trim Road that drive a ton of sporting traffic.
@drugelius@NavanCycling Drivers of cars, busses and other motor vehicles close passing and chicken passing is a whole additional issue, requiring reporting, education and enforcement.
@drugelius@NavanCycling That's the absolute minimum design buffer for a cycle path (i.e. accomodation for active travel), not the required passing distance. So, for active travel considerations for the N51, the cycle lane needs to be 1.5 m from the edge of the hard shoulder, at a minimum.
Sadly I'm getting old, and need glasses for reading, but I don't always have them around when I need to look at the phone, hence it's got the accessibility settings turned on at a low level.
Lovely. PTSB is at it again, with their temperamental online systems. @askpermanenttsb
Invalid certificate on https://t.co/cDhvPoy459, it's actually for https://t.co/XpBDlrbdIN. No problem, I think, I'll just use www. No, that redirects to non-www.
And furthermore, the Available balance and Current balance fonts are harder to read than the transaction amounts. Mainly because they're bolder with smaller voids, so 6 and 4 are confusable, when not wearing the proper glasses.
