Remember Ankita Bhandari murder? girl who was killed in Uttarakhand resort by a BJP leader's son because she refused to sleep with a VIP guest
VIP named by many, including Ankita's parents, is now newly appointed governer of Sikkim and CBI probe shows no progress. "Beti Bachao"
How are the CJI and Modi related? The lawyer whispered it into the reporter’s ear! lmao! 😂🤣
Another gem! I’ve become a fan of this guy.
The way he speaks so bluntly and fearlessly, without any hesitation, is amazing. Hats off to him!
In 2010, a man entered a sleeping widow’s house in Bihar, pinned her down, covered her mouth and sexually assaulted her. A trial court convicted him and sentenced him to four years in prison.
The Patna High Court reportedly ruled that there was no evidence of him removing her clothes or attempting physical intercourse, reduced the offence to outraging her modesty and cut his sentence.
A WOMAN IS ATTACKED IN HER OWN HOME, AND THE JUDICIARY IS BUSY MEASURING HOW FAR HER ATTACKER WENT.
Did he open her blouse? Did he remove her bra? Did he pull down her panties? Did he penetrate her?
IS THIS WHAT JUSTICE HAS BEEN REDUCED TO A CHECKLIST OF HOW MUCH VIOLENCE A WOMAN MUST ENDURE BEFORE THE COURTS TAKE HER SUFFERING SERIOUSLY?
Apparently, they want a perfect rape victim one who is dead, because even a living woman who survives, resists and speaks is not enough for this rotten system.
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO JUSTICE.
This is worse than a sin, if the police had any morality, they would never do such a thing.
Is this how you intend to maintain law and order?
It pains us to say this, but we are ashamed that you are our protectors.
india mein aapko protest karna hai toh aapko constitution poori yaad honi chahiye, laws saare ratte hone chahiye, ipc ki saari daraye yaad honi chahiye and atleast 5 type ke numeric data lekin modi se sawaal yeh poocha jata hai ki favourite animal sher ya haathi
we live in two indias.
in one india, ashutosh ranka & saurav das are being arrested & sent to tihar jail for 5 days just for waving the national flag at jantar mantar.
in the other, RSS/BJP goons who were accused of attacking little girls and journalists at the same protest were released from jail within 24 hours.
the flag is the same. the constitution is the same. only the definition of a criminal changes depending on which side of the government you’re on.
A silent march was held around the Press Club of India to protest the harassment and detention of journalists.

Imagine being Ankita Bhandari’s parents, still demanding an investigation into the VIP’s name surrounding their daughter’s murder, and watching the same man become the Governor of Sikkim. How is this not controversial?
Everyone should protest.
Before you call me anti-national, hear me out.
Remember one thing very clearly. Whatever rights and privileges you enjoy today, someone protested and fought for them.
Let's start with our freedom - People protested and fought for years so that you could live in a free country, vote and hold those in power accountable.
Gandhi broke the law. Bhagat Singh, Chandrashekhar Azad and Subhas Chandra Bose were treated as enemies of British rule. Today, we call them freedom fighters.
If protesting made you anti-national, Gandhi would be the biggest anti-national this country ever produced.
Aapka koi bhi haq aapko thaali mein paros ke nahi diya gaya hai. (Someone fought for every right you have)
Raja Ram Mohan Roy protested for years to abolish Sati Pratha so that women could have the right to live and not be burned alive on their husbands’ funeral pyres.
Today, women have this right because someone protested for it.
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar protested and fought against untouchability when millions of Indians were treated as inferior simply because of their birth. That’s why untouchability is illegal in India today.
Not because society suddenly became kind. Because people fought.
Recent example. The RTI Act - Ordinary people fought for years to demand one simple thing. Tell us what you're doing with our money. Today, you can question the government because someone fought for that right.
I can go on and on for the entire day.
Here's something I find fascinating - Every generation enjoys the rights the previous generation fought for, yet many oppose those fighting for the next set of rights.
People love the benefits of protests. They just don't like protesters. If you hate every protester today, be honest - You would have hated Bhagat Singh too.
Jo bhi power mein hota hai, usko aur uske support karne walon ko hamesha yahi lagta hai ki yeh right aapko nahi milna chahiye. (Whoever is in power, they and their supporters always believe you don't deserve this right)
Protesting against the government is not protesting against the country. The government is not the country.
Loving your country is patriotism. Loving your government is just fandom.
Governments come and go. Your rights should not depend on who's in power.
But you keep fighting. 🇮🇳
Hundreds of young girls got assaulted at protest since Oct 10th
Many of them got sexually harassed too
Tens of female journalists were dragged and assaulted too
But no Godi Media raised voice for them. BJP IT cell mocked & abused them
But suddenly one fake drama against Rahul Gandhi and they became biggest feminists ever 😭
This is for all educated and uneducated andhbhakts:
Gyanesh Kumar is the Chief Election Commissioner, not a BJP politician. The protest is against him, not BJP. So why are BJP supporters taking it upon themselves to defend him?
NEVER FORGET
Immediately after the Pahalgam attack, when an all-party meeting was called in Delhi, Modi was not there attending the meeting.
Modi was busy giving ELECTION speeches in Bihar.
Modi prioritized self promotion and votes over national security.
5 days in custody for trespassing, but bail within 24 hours for allegedly molesting a woman. You don’t need a law degree to see how rotten this system is.
🚨MASSIVE BREAKING : One more surgical strike on Traitor Gyanesh Kumar & Dictator Modi🔥

ECI EXPOSED by its own RTI reply.
Dec 2024: ECI tells Modi govt's Law Ministry that CCTV and video requests are rising at "such a large scale" it will "cripple" the system.
So the rules are changed to restrict public access to polling booth footage.
Now The Wire files an RTI asking how many such requests came in over 5 years.
ECI's reply, Sep 14, 2026: no data "in any material form."
Zero records. But a "large scale" burden. Wow.
And look at the timing, from The Wire:
Dec 10: Punjab & Haryana HC orders ECI to give Haryana election CCTV and documents.
Dec 17: ECI writes to the Law Ministry to change the rule.
Dec 20: proposal, draft, approval, Hindi translation, Gazette notification. All in ONE day.
When people want their deleted vote back, it takes months.
When ECI wants to hide footage, Modi govt does it in 24 hours.
Then Gyanesh Kumar came with his privacy line:
"Should the election commission share CCTV footage of any voter… one's mother, daughter-in-law or daughter?"
Sir, nobody asked to see anyone's mother. We asked to see your counting.
Bro, imagine your shop gets robbed and you ask the market association for the CCTV.
They say "too many people ask for footage, we've stopped giving it."
You ask "how many asked?"
They say "pata nahi, koi record nahi."
And then they say "aapki maa-behen ki privacy ka sawaal hai."
You'd know exactly who's hiding something.
Modi ji, one-day rule changes don't happen without orders from the top.
Gyanesh Kumar ji, if the footage is clean, what are you scared of?
ECI, cameras were put in booths to protect the vote, not you 🔥🔥🔥
Woman lawyer Anindita Das assaulted inside Azara Revenue Circle Office, Guwahati. Pushed against cupboard, verbally abused, phone snatched during land hearing. Incident in CM Himanta's own Jalukbari constituency sparks outrage. Women's safety inside govt offices?
"Delhi police have deployed 'pink force' for women's protection and safety" while this is so called pink force officer assaulting a women protester. As I said, these women officers are no different than their male colleague.
