A woman with a broken leg cannot wait 4 hours to be seen.
An elderly person cannot wait 4 hours to be seen.
Nobody should have to wait 4 hours.

Slightly damp petitioning in Hoylake, but still very much a success. Lovely when people even stop to sign in the rain and cold
