Hello everyone, how are you all doing? It's been a while. A few days back, I talked about the basic skills of a Social Media Manager. I called these skills Technical and Easy skills. Each one is broken down into several parts. Follow me as I break down all these.
Today, we start a 12-day part series on the needed skills every social media manager should possess in order to succeed. These skills are broadly grouped into two parts, namely Technical and Easy skills. Each consists of six items to be mastered by the Social Media manager.
Part Eight: Use the success stories so far obtained to collaborate with other influencers with a view to promoting the products across other platforms and bringing in more sales.
Part Six: With a view to boosting the new product's popularity and sales, I will conduct interviews to know the positive experiences of customers about the product and post them on the social media handles. I will share it across other social media handles of the company.
Part five: Now that the product is meeting the customer’s expectations, it’s time to use social media to push it all out. I will work with the marketing team to organize a promo on the company’s handle that has the most followers on the newly improved product.
Part four: Once I send a demo link on the new, improved product, I will educate the customers on the added features of the newly improved variety. I will get feedback once again to know if it meets or exceeds their expectations, give more feedback to the company on the feelings .
