i booked INDANE Gas cylinder on 10th April & made online payment same day. But cylinder not delivered in even in 10 days . consumer ID 375000007284 . Agency says shortage from GOI side in DELHI & will take a week. GOI says no shortage . Will GOI look the issue

i booked e ticket PNR 2453598542 , 22nd April on train 22448. . 600 seats are availavle. i opted window seat for my wife . But I was given side seat 38 NO CHOICE. Tried to put grievance on Rail Madd. It says this is only after train deptt. Resolve issue
