@eCateringIRCTC hi! For breakfast booked online, by when can one expect to receive it? I booked breakfast on the paschim Express. Boarded BRC upto BVI. Train staff says there is no such facility and you got scammed!

The staff has partially delivered the second order. They said the 1st one does not exist in their system. Also said no coffee so have to drink tea. Also no butter so eating a dry cutlet bread.

Residency is technically still a long term visa. BUT the residency is issued by the nation (france in this case) and not from the Schengen zone. I didn't recall that before commenting..
