@mount38 If it’s private land it’s not a parking charge but an invoice , it’s all done under contract law & is only a debt issue if they take you to court & that’s a big if . File an appeal & leave it at that until you receive proceedings issued via a court then file a submission (easy)

Dubious any child achieved a statement at the age of 3 regardless of symptoms or traits displayed, experts would be reluctant to label at that age. Arday’s spectrum seems alien to me tbh
