Reference above conversation, following up on my genuine request to allow users to cancel order (without penalty) if the delay is due to Zomato.
Is the process implemented?

The order should be delivered in 55 mins from placing the order, is delayed by 35 mins.
1 hour 30 mins for delivery is not acceptable.

The only way I cancel is to pay charges? Why?

@zomatocare The concern is responded to, not closed.

I have requested and hopeful that there is a process implemented/changed by Zomato to allow cancellation of order if delay is due to Zomato.

I will keep checking here
