@VirginAtlantic your ground staff in Delhi for flight vs303 was extremely rude. You allow 10 kg cabin baggage and generous amount of duty free. I was travelling in a group of 4 had 44 kg cabin luggage including 5 kg of duty free.

Staff refused and forced to check in bag
