you spent decades cultivating and building an ecosystem based around blueprints, integrating it into major studios, making it be the primary method of code taught in schools across the globe, building up years of foundational knowledge...
only to decide to scrap it all?
like... industry shifts happen, but you're taking your industry standard engine with THE best gateway for designers to become programmers, which is your best selling point, completely killing that, and now forcing AI into the workflow in a new language that'll alienate your users
It's easy to blindly hate on Unreal but it really is the only engine with such accessible visual programming that can work alongside C++ and has knowledge that truly does transfer into other object oriented programming languages. I genuinely cant fathom why you'd kill it

"for UE6, we see LLMs, generative AI models, and tools like Claude and Codex playing a central role in helping you build content faster while maintaining the creative control you need."
Blueprint ile oyun geliştirilebileceğini gösterebilmek için iki senedir canlı yayınlarda oyun geliştiriyorum. Bu güçlü aracı AI sevdası uğruna yok etmek bana hiç mantıklı gelmiyor.
Epic Games'in alınan bu yanlış karardan geri dönmesini umuyorum. #FreeBlueprints#UE6
