@D_Maaartin Wow! She is such a strong women.Allah will always be by her side.
What amazes me is how Allah reached out to her even though she was in the cradle (california) of western civilization everything is just for instant gratification & she was guided .It's just incredible
Learn to see the best in people. No matter how much you disagree, try to find common ground. Spread peace. Quit fighting and bickering. Build bridges. Don’t hate. Don’t look down on anyone. Life’s too short to be doing otherwise.
@imerm_jr I feel the very same! Emotional rollercoaster but thsts what makes a human we err we learn we err again & ask our Allah to forgive &we trust thst he will.
I became Muslim because I read about Abu Bakr and Umar. I read about Muslims with unwavering faith, with complete love and trust in the message.
Where are they? I look around and all I see is superficiality, all I see is a love for money, all I see is performative piety.
Ya Allah, save me from falling into those sins which I remind others not to do.
Don’t let me be a reminder for others while I forget myself.
Protect me from preaching what I fail to practice.
Ever since I introduced my daughter to the blessings of istighfar, she’s been eager to outdo me in practicing it—and nothing could make me happier.
Ibn Al-Qayyim was once asked, “Is it more beneficial to make tasbih [glorify Allah] or to make istighfar [seek Allah’s forgiveness]?”
He replied, “The dirty garment is more in need of soap than perfume.”
