@SeanParent clear() invalidates any references to container elements so yeah the code is UB. Most likely it won't crash though as clear() doesn't change vector capacity so, the memory won't be deallocated.
What a world we live in. A company literally does testing in production, takes half of the global infrastructure down and its stock goes down by only 10%.
You don't need #zig. #cpp is all you need! You can use std::pmr and its flavour of containers whenever there's a need to use custom memory pools and its associated allocators https://t.co/qTkmxiyCn4
@supahvee1234 Reading the PR synopsis, I see your point and would indeed favour (2). If sf::Sprite doesn't directly depend on sf::Texture then the latter shouldn't be smuggled in as explicit dependency.
@tsoding The better you understand the platform you're working with, the better programmer you'll be. It was always the case. I feel sorry for people who use just use React/JS and don't focus on the fundamental details beyond that.
I initially assumed that https://t.co/JqLtjlbyDS is a futile effort. I changed my mind. After using it for a while I really like it. More on my blog https://t.co/rCq69mBpRb

@CrimeLdn The most disgusting thing about this is that the Police building is literally 5 minutes walking distance away. I guess the police prefers to enjoy kebabs from local takeaway shops rather than take action. Shame on you @metpoliceuk
