Went to Cheslyn House Gardens today & very beautiful they are! What a shame @WatfordCouncil don't seem to want anyone to visit, especially if you struggle with getting around on public transport. VERY limited parking sadly. They could allow some additional onroad! @VisitHertsUK

Well who would have thunk it. Ive managed to win the slug battle for the first time in a decade and grow some dahlias. I prefer more pollinator friendly flowers as a rule, but these were my personal battle 🤣 #garden #blooms #dahlias #flowers #gardening

Bought my furry family a TARDIS cat house. They love it. I love it. It’s amazing. It’s for the cats though honestly, I’ve just been sitting in it to check it’s safe.

My 'lawn' & what grows in it. I dont do 'bowling green'. Daisy, Celandine, some tiny pink flowers & various grasses. Plus there is Moss, Clover, Dock & Dandelions. Thats all just a quick look. Pretty sure there are other species too. Darn site better than plastic! @ChrisGPackham

@MediationModus @TheMontyDon She has accepted him quite happily. To be fair she has always got on with other dogs, particularly bigger ones & has never been bothered by 'guests' when we have had other dogs here. Your Beagle definitely looks like the mischief is still very much there! 😍

The Goldfinches are finally regular visitors to my garden feeders. It took a few months for them to come down to them, but now they are around many times a day and I love just watching them. Both pics taken through a (dirty) window, weather has been awful.

@gloriawhaley @TheMontyDon Thank you. She was a rescue too, 15 years ago and the name was because we thought thats what the Polish lady at our local rspca said 🙈 Like you we thought it a great name, only to find out later it was Tiddles 🤣 We kept Thimble as her name
