@StreamOnMax Just got off chat with Support, after running every trouble shooting problem on the help page & a few others. Still cannot load @TrueDetective season 2 or 4. Circle spins for over a minute and then eventually plays without captions. Season 1 & other showswork fine.

The volume of your commercials is out of control. I'm hearing impaired & need a slightly higher volume to enjoy shows. When ads come on the volume doubles. It's extremely offensive.
