even animation wise, my biggest criticism of star wars is that the majority of the shows feel like "Clone wars season __"
Of the shows that are not directly connected to TCW we have Andor, Skeleton Crew and The Acolyte. Every other show relies on characters or plot lines from CW
Given Filoni is now in charge of things, he's REALLY going to need to understand that a good number feel this way about his live-action STAR WARS tenure. Comes off way too much as endless CLONE WARS/REBELS gap-filling rather than coming up with NEW ideas.
