@Viners_UK This knife snapped when my daughter cut some cheese yesterday and the blade dangerously pinged up towards her face when it snapped. I don’t believe we registered the guarantee but it’s around 10 years old I assume it’s still covered?
@NinjaKitchenUK Don’t order one. I bought a 15 in 1 14 months ago and the fan has broken. It only had a 1 year guarantee. It cost £300 and I’ve used it probably 100 times so it’s cost me £3 per use. It this isn’t the high end quality item you might be expecting so don’t waste your money
@NinjaKitchenUK so disappointed in your customer service. Bought a 15 in 1 under 14 months ago costing £300. Today the air fryer fan has stopped working and I’m told it out of warranty. How can a £300 only be expected to last 12 months?
And it’s even worse as if I’d bought the item just 8 weeks later I would’ve had a 2 year warranty so it would still be under warranty. How is this fair?
