@DeepSkyCorp While many direct air capture methods rely on high temperatures to release CO₂, our system uses electrochemical regeneration.

Critical minerals power #CleanTech, but their supply chains are high-emission & geopolitically fragile. Decarbonization is no longer optional. Here's how low-carbon sourcing and electrified extraction can reshape the future.

Great article @CarbonPulse of ERCST event on interest of Commission in #conversion factors a potential bridge between the #CRCF market and #ETS
With ‘exchange rate’ for CDR credits permanent removals (>100 yr) and less permanents one can be used in the ETS https://t.co/CTUygSNmU5
To make any sense, DAC must be powered by renewables. ⚡️
Our third system taking shape at @DeepSkyCorp’s carbon removal facility is fully electric and thrives on the variable loads of renewables.

🌳 What does it mean for CDR?
The government has confirmed that ‘Track-2’ of the United Kingdom’s carbon capture and storage cluster programme is moving forward, adding the Acorn (Scotland) and Viking (Humber) clusters alongside the Track-1 clusters (HyNet North West and the East Coast Cluster).
This is a crucial step in building the CO₂ transport and storage infrastructure needed for many forms of permanent carbon removal.
👀 Stay on the lookout for our upcoming recommendations for the next phase of UK CDR policymaking.
What is the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), and why does it matter for carbon removal (CDR)?
📊 Dive deeper in our Policy Tracker to see how it works: https://t.co/iH4MINB3iq
The CBAM imposes a price on the carbon content of imported goods, such as steel, cement, and fertilisers, thereby levelling the playing field with EU producers who are already paying under the ETS.

Another new AMOC paper. Unlike a recent high-profile paper from January which found the AMOC current had not declined for 60 years, this paper finds the current *is* weakening, and that it’s responsible for the North Atlantic “cold blob” (which they call a “warming hole”)

Thrilled to have designed @withfaleh's new spark.
It's a visual identity that goes beyond a palette switch or logo redesign; it carries the startup's boldest ambition: to bring cleaner, more sustainable energy to households.
It embodies the impact Faleh aims to achieve and inspires a cleaner, greener future.
Huge congrats to the team on this exciting launch.
What are we shipping 🚀 next?
