Why does waiting for an approval or rejection feel like an eternity in the waiting? Maybe I am just impatient, but please accept or decline my entry soon so I can try again. 🤣 Writing is hard, but waiting to find out if your work will be published is harder.

I go back to work at the salon tomorrow afternoon being in quarantine. I'm excited to get back to work because I love doing nails, but I'm going to be wishing I was home sitting in front of my computer letting my newfound inspiration lead the way.

Also, I am writing again and it feels so good. Working on this project has been a long two years and it finally feels like it's going where it was always meant to. Other side projects are in the works too, but I gotta start prioritizing this book.

I thought this was a blessing, but it feels more like a curse. Sometimes toxic people will do nice things just so they can remind you of what they've done for you. I'm so tired. It's overwhelming to think of how and why we got to this place. It wasn't worth it. Not yet anyway.

@pulte I started working again, but with my health I'm not able to work fulltime. There are so many others who are struggling too that I feel bad even commenting. If you really are helping people I hope it goes to someone kind who will pay it forward when they can. Sending love to all

@ThreeDailey ^^^ My husband is a delivery driver in TN, VA, & KY and does this. It's exhausting. They never have a driver assistant. He legit delivers pools, treadmills , and all the stuff FedEx and usps won't deliver. For some reason there's never help for unloading 🤷🏼‍♀️

It took Leonardo da Vinci a total of 7 years to paint the Mona Lisa. He did 4 years of painting, took some time away from it, then did another 3 years of painting until he deemed it complete. This is further proof that masterpieces don't just happen overnight.

@SierraWritesYA Interesting... I write my rough drafts using Google docs and use word to edit and format. I'm not a huge fan of either and haven't found a decent writing app I thoroughly enjoy.
