Bought an AC on 14 May’26. Technician couldn’t install the stabiliser, so I got it replaced. Despite repeated calls, the engineer ignored installation requests. Now the service center is demanding site visit charges again. Pls assist.

@ola_supports You replied with the same comment and I stand firm on mine as well. Now I've started to receive calls mentioning that there will be legal actions on me and my CIBIL score. This is so stupid. The issue has never been about the money, that's barely 400 INR. You need to resolve this
@ola_supports Any update here? Just to be clear, I am getting multiple calls and messages from your end. I am not liable for any payment that has occurred due to glitch or error in your app. I had never selected the ola postpaid as payment method and that is evident from my last 1 year ride
@JioCare Previously you had 395 INR plan that had unlimited calling +6gb internet for 84days. Now that plan is unavailable, what are the similar plans? I don't have a need of data per day plans.

Train number 12245, scheduled to depart at 10:45 AM is still at Howrah station. Initially rcvd the message that it is rescheduled by 1.5hr but now it has been 3hrs. Duronto Exp is one one the premium trains of India and this is the service we get.
@RailwaySeva Tried to raise a complaint by dialing 139 and they have no clue on the issue. They are unable to address this by stating some technical difficulties.
