Dank u i’m literally so glad there r sm people coming out for nuanced cwilbur takes!!! here’s wot my cwil looks like he’s 90% neck and a little balding with it. sorry he looks like a statue i was gonna colour him more but then my ipad pencil died so lets pretend its symbolic
@maltmatcha hmm, that's an interesting concept, i'm not sure if it's confirmed!! you'd think he would give cwil a sibling though, i get the sense from cwil being an only child that he was trialling parenting for the first time & it became apparent that it wasn't for him
ty ^_^ i like the hc that cphil's been alive so long that he's used to hardships like losing loved ones, n also find it interesting that in his long life he only had one child; i think he discovered via raising cwil that he wasn't a fit parent, due to that numbing or otherwise+
i think it's evident from how pained cphil is during their interactions that he feels guilt over how he raised him. does seem like there's a history of cwil being mentally ill and cphil not knowing how to fix it, which would make sense why cwil recreates that dynamic with ctommy
haven't even touched upon ghostbur...he was Exactly what cphil deserved. all those childlike qualities he failed to nurture looking at him through a dead mans eyes, speaking vulnerably w/ none of his later inhibition, ab how hes scared n doesnt want to die n his scar still hurts
