Hi, I'm Chisom 👋

I'm a Data Analyst, still building and still learning.

I spend my time in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and SQL. Cleaning messy data, writing DAX measures, building dashboards that actually answer a question instead of just looking nice.

I've practiced on projects like hospital operations data, HR analytics for a fictional bank and many more just to understand how business data behaves.

Before data, I was already working as a Technical Content Writer (published on Simple Talk by Redgate, Pieces, Bejamas and OpenReplay) and a Content Marketer for Dantown. I'm bringing that same ability to explain things clearly into how I work with data now.

I'm open to Data Analytics internships. I want to learn inside a real team, make mistakes, and grow from there.

I'm also open to roles in Technical Writing and Content Marketing, if that's what you need instead.

I'm a Technical Email Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who helps businesses acquire, engage, and retain customers through data-driven email marketing.

I design and build responsive email templates, develop automated customer journeys, optimize deliverability, and create lifecycle campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. I enjoy combining strategy with technical execution to create email experiences that perform.

I work with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Customer. io, and Salesforce CRM, using analytics to continuously improve campaign performance.

Whether it's designing high-converting emails, coding responsive templates, building complex automations, or optimizing the customer lifecycle, I enjoy solving marketing problems that create measurable business impact.
