@housef0x@documense@canidsAbstract When you look at a color wheel and zoom in, there are tons and tons of different hexes for exact shades but to everyone else it looks barely any different. In terms of polyfrag, there are a lot of different parts for specific roles but may come across as same-y or "less DID"
@lianmilanesa (and that is because they are speaking in a dialect they have no understanding of outside of "TikTok funny haha") Okay I'm done now sorry
@lianmilanesa Not only that, but the *reason* why the dialect is spreading, is because people find it "funny sounding" and use it for memes, and there is already a racist connotation behind that. Not only that, but so many people are just... using it completely wrong
@Yumnugget1 I just want to say you are one of my favorite accounts on this entire platform. Can I ask who your favorite Borderlands character is (outside of HJ)?
@PokeDex536@lumiabstracted Was her expressing Jax's self-insertness not that, then? How do you interpret that statement from her? (I am asking genuinely)
@lumiabstracted Jax's "man"ness is the facade you as the viewer are supposed to dismantle and realize that she is a woman in deep denial, that is what I am trying to communicate with you. It is what is canon and is further solidified by Goose's own lived experiences being what Jax is based on
@lumiabstracted I feel like when a trans woman says that Jax is her self insert or representative of her bad and intrusive thoughts it should say something in terms of both Goose's and Jax's relationship with gender. I'm sorry but your defense just really reminds me of this image
@lumiabstracted I mean, if you understand that there are tons and tons and tons of hinting at the idea of Jax being a trans woman, why do you need Gooseworx to outwardly say to the audience "yes she is supposed to be a trans woman"?
@lumiabstracted@t00ned@mullcredoll@KingK3rby Storytelling is a relationship between the author and the reader. The author assigns the reader the task to figure out any additional meaning within the subtext. That is supposed to be the Fun Part of engaging with a story
@BearsLoverGirl I just realized you're very young and I really don't want to argue about this anymore but hopefully you can take what I said and reflect on it and I apologize for having riled you up. Take care of yourself and I mean that I really do
@BearsLoverGirl I cannot experience what it is like to be white I cannot Have The Privilege At All that comes with whiteness but that Desire to be white (because again internalized racism) is why so many of mine present as white, I know they look that way but they understand they're not white
@BearsLoverGirl The thing is they're Not Actually that race at all. I don't want to fight I just want to talk. They just present that way, but like, a majority of my alters are "white" (because internalized racism), but that doesn't mean that they're white. because I'm not
