Because I lodged additional complaint about poor service of Airtel Wifi in X, now not only they failed to resolve but the Customer care disconnected call instead of firing their service engineer Altaf Shaikh. Disgusting service since 2 days.

Airtel Engineer Mr Mohd Altaf Shaikh disconnects customer call thrice after assignment. Problem of WiFi not attended 23 hours. Similar is my Society others experience in Ahmedabad. Whether Airtel wants to improve Customer Centric approach or we go to Jio.

My third message against poor customer service of Spinny and its a misuse of Sachin Tendulkar good name. None bothers to contact me for my grievance nor there is escalation channel about their service.

I lodged complaint about Spinny’s misleading Advertisement involving great Tendulkar and actual poor work done by Spinny. Surprisingly none has contacted me despite my displeasure. None bothers in that company. Will Tendulkar advise them as his reputation risk.

Spinny though Tendulkar advertising, is not reliable company. Their repeated msg to sell my Renault Scala forced me to inspect my car who gave a good report but even for ₹2 lakhs Spinny couldn’t sell it though under my daily use run for only 80000 km. Disgustingly disappointed.

Club Mahindra should seriously address its customer service premier staff’s poor clerical handling of old customers when we come up with issues. Booking App showing availability while actually not available. Friends planning programs end futile as App is not showing inventory.

Eureka Forbes Water filter division do not attend emergency complaint also for the last 6 days. The AMC paid customer only suffers and they don’t give even escalation matrix nor senior executive mobile number. Are they invincible or their technicians are gods ? What is recourse ?

While I admire Indian fast bowlers’ efforts in recent WI test/ODI, there is no gainsaying the fact that Pakistani Bowlers reverse swinging inclusive of Yorker is an art to be emulated. Even Bumrah is not trained in that. Why Training in NCA Bangalore doesn’t teach it? No experts?

Virat Kohli strike rate of 125 is not at all good in today match vs Punjab Kings and also even after his 50 he couldn’t accelerate. Not courageous or Needs honing his skill in six hitting, I think. In comparison his partner played on higher strike rates.
