@Uber_India my colleague booked a ride this evening. The cab was super dirty. Driver also tried to take us from a wrong road which when we pointed out, he canceled the ride and dropped us nearby our pickup location. Driver didn't care about bad rating.

What about the driver asked us to deboard. I had a female colleague travelling along. We booked Uber as we expected safe ride and here we are, got a driver who asked us to deboard because we asked to take correct route and clean cab.

Spotted this car today 22/May/25 on Noida Greater Noida expressway at 7:40 am. policeman sitting inside. Both front and back number plates had CB hidden by a black tape.
