The problem is not EY. The problem is Indian managers. Overbearing, micromanaging, abusive (no slang word is out of boundary for these lot), unapproachable, threatening, no respect for personal time.

I have been using amazon pay credit card from icici for quite a while.

Recently the area of the section which actually takes your detail page of the credit card is wayyy smaller than the sections they are adding.
